Larry McAfee 09/29/26 procedure Went in to have SVT ablation due to Dr. Williams request. Very prompt on taking me back for prep. Mark was my prep nurse. He was very thorough and pleasant. Was delayed in surgery no fault of Dr. Williams. After surgery I had Merilynn and Kris and they were AWESOME. Please let these people know and are appreciated.
I now know why you guys have such low reviews and I haven't even been there in person, all it took was for the communications specialist I talked to on the phone to be rude to me. All I wanted was help with a different number to the burn clinic because they gave me one at the er that sounded like it was disconnected, she was rude and said "that's what we got" in a rude tone, then when I asked her to transfer me to see if any different would happen as I have 2nd degree burns and am in pain, she just said "call that number" an... read more
My husband, Troy, had spine surgery here. We drove down specifically for Dr. Graves but I was quite impressed with the following staff members: John- nurse pre surgery. Took great care to get a full history of my husband prior to surgery and reassured him Abby - took good care of my husband in recovery post surgery. And despite that I couldn’t physically be with him due to hospital rules - gave the phone so we could talk. She kept me updated every hour and was so kind! Tiara- ortho nurse on floor 4E. Sent in a request for a paper saying I was disabled week ago .called today girl tells me they never sent in the request. Poor communication by all of them .as they say working harder at not doing the work than doing the work .
