I was a Dental Tech. from 1973-1975 in what was then the 22nd Dental Company. At that time the front gate read "Camp Lejeune Home of the 2nd Marine Division". Our clinic was in the Mainside Medical Bldg. At that time it was an all male staff. The reception area was manned by two E-4's inside the clinic. Having "The Watch" meant you were on duty for 24 hours in the clinic. Duties included your regular work day.
