The people here are great. They were all very friendly, helpful and professional. They were patient with me due to my hearing-impairment. (The blonde receptionist with the glasses is cute, by the way. Lol) I brought my cat in to be neutered and I also arranged for him to get an exam which was inexpensive. They gave him many tests and even included a rabies immunization and trimmed his nails. They offered to keep him overnight after he had a little excessive bleeding after his surgery.
