The people that assigned on the front desk are bunch of karens, they get attitude, and they talk fast, no consideration for deaf people.I don't know why this clinic hire those people ,they no compassion for deaf people..They should have text/chat as an alternative option to communicate their deaf patients on the phone..
Voice message says don't leave a message because it is not being monitored but then it asks you to leave a message. Not a good service.
