I cannot say enough good things about this place! My stuff is safe & secure, with easy access in & out of the lot when I need to access my units. And the few times I did need to speak to someone, they responded to me immediately.
I have called multiple times to cancel my storage unit. It has been empty for 3 weeks now. My bank has been notified and is filing for a fraudulent charge unless you rescend the payment. Dealing with your company has been a miserable experience. It took an entire month to actually be able to access my unit with calling you multiple times and leaving multiple voicemails. Someone needs to answer the phone or actually call people back

Friendly, consistent communication with staff (Kellen). Affordable and convenient outside storage for our RV. We appreciate them being flexible and willing to work with us. We are return customers which speaks volumes.
