Disappointing I wish that I would have looked over these reviews prior to going to Dr. Hadfield. I had root canal and crown work done 15 years ago which I have had no problems with, but I went to Dr. Hadfield and have had issues with most if not all of the work he's done. On top of the crappy work he does...he's a bit creepy! Office staff are rude, and unprofessional. Stay away from this dentist!!!!!!!
Horrible dentist!!!!!! Horrible dentist!!!!! I had 4 crowns and a porcelain overlay done by Dr. Hadfield...each one of them had problems. The porcelain overlay didn't fit right so I ended up having a root canal on that tooth. One of the crowns literally crumbled away. The other 3 have repeated fallen off and been re-cemented. Out of the 4 crowns that I got...I need to have 2 retreated root canals because they don't fit right. Amazing Doctor and Staff My family and I have been attending Dr. Hatfield's office for over 4 years now and my wife even longer than that. We have had extensive work done, ranging from a number of different procedures. The experiences have been second to none. The practice is always warm, welcoming and has a true family feel to it. Haphazard dentistry at a premium price I had to get some cavities filled and one was fairly involved. He drilled them out and for one he put in an inlay. The inlay had a rough finish to it and although he said it would "get smoother over time" even months later is still very rough and unfinished feeling. And the cost was over $900 for that one tooth!! Not a great result for the premium price.
Great dentist, watch out for the secretary Dr. Hadfield did great work on my teeth. Watching a movie while getting the work done made the wait go by faster. His assistants were also very nice. HOWEVER, be careful to keep track of your receipt and how you pay! My husband went in and had some work done a few months before me and when I got done and went to pay my bill they asked if I wanted to pay for his also. Dr. Hadfield is the coolest!!! Dr. Hadfield is the best dentist I've ever been to in my life. He remembers your name even (very usual for a doctor)! His prices are reasonable, he has fair business practices, he's funny & my family loves him. Also, he doesn't make you feel stupid if you have bad teeth, he just wants to help you get them fixed. His staff has great customer service skills; and everyone is down to earth.
