The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with a lot of care. The brisket was tender, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly. Definitely worth tracking down when the truck is nearby!

My granddaughter bought me one of the most divine seasoned tender brisket sandwiches I've ever tasted from The Hadez Food Truck, sir! I didn't even heat it up! It was truly a culinary masterpiece, the Cole slaw & pickle topped it off, a perfect blend of flavors that lifted my spirits!😋
Hadez Food Truck deserves every one of these 5 stars! Their BBQ is bursting with flavor, made with fresh ingredients and bold spices that beat out the other's I've tried! The service is quick and friendly, highly recommend!
Honestly a horrible experience. Got tacos that were supposed to come with pork and Mac and cheese, they came out and had a stale store bought hard taco shell and no Mac and cheese, when I inquired he’s like oo we are out. As if that’s not something you should tell people in advance.
