I couldn't be more disappointed. Always a hassle to schedule a cleaning. I only got my house cleaned once a month always felt like I was bothering when I called to set a day every month. Never got the same girls so I had to walk through and explain almost every time they came. Now, I'm due for another cleaning and I get an email saying they aren't doing residential cleaning anymore. It's sad they would do that to their long term customers. Good riddance.

I had several good experiences with them but when I contacted them two months ago I got no response. I tried calling their number today and it was disconnected even though the internet display says "Open." I do believe they may be out of business.

I am sorry but I am very disgusted AND disappointed with this company. I was promised quality service, which WAS given, The girls that came to my house we're wonderful. As for the equipment they were supplied with... Horrendous.I kept smelling a sour smell as the girls were cleaning each room. To my dismay it was actually the RAGS. THEY WERE COVERED IN URINE. The ladies said the rags were washed. But not throughly apparently. At that point I had to have the ladies leave. I will not be using Haden maids ever again.
