That Bob guy is rude. Unfortunately, he said he is the GM. The gentleman that works the store is very kind though. 3 stars bc the worker was kind. If I was rating Bob, it would be 0 stars. Bob is bad for business.
Hadeed is a legend for his rug cleaning. I had very large Oriental Rug to clean from my mother’s estate.. RIP …they got clean to sell to the Dominican next door. Great guy who cares about Service.. Nasser
⭐️I have been a client of Hadeed carpet for a long time I received the best customer service specially this last time I was greeted by a gentleman name Babak who was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the Vienna Hadeed carpet company. Great turnaround time and Babak has a best customer service.:)
Hadeed Carpet Cleaning, Inc. did an outstanding job with our oriental carpet. They picked it up for binding repair and cleaning, and when it was returned, it looked like new. The repair work was beautifully done and completed in a short time. We’re very pleased with both the quality of the craftsmanship and the professionalism of the service. Hadeed’s team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in the results. Highly recommended!
Chat on there website, but it's a robot. You get no customer service. Cannot answer questions. Just want together all your personal information. And I can see by the reviews. It's not somewhere. I should really go anyway.
