I hope this is a joke. They closed this location the Monday before my appointment today and didn’t bother to tell me. They even confirmed my appointment after the location closed Dentists/hygienists are good, but this experience today makes it a one star
Honestly the worst office staff. I have had multiple occasions where they schedule me and don’t bother to tell me they need to cancel me and I show up and they say there is no hygienist to see me. They call and confirm my appointment and today I walk up to a sign saying they’re closed indefinitely. No call to let me know. Very unprofessional.
Appointments are canceled within hours of your time scheduled. This has happened to me on 3 occasions!! Then today I go in for the 4th appointment scheduled and when I get to the office there is a note on the door stating the office is permanently closed!!! Are you kidding me???
This is the best dentist I've ever been to. Not only did I need extensive work, but multiple other dentists told me all they could do was extract. Dr. Weiner not only restored my smile, but also billed my insurance for the work so, I didn't have to pay for expensive implants, etc. I highly recommend giving them a chance to help with your dental needs.
