Worst place i jave ever been to! The room was dusty and the x ray equipment wasnt working properly. The assistant opened draws with gloves on and then put the same gloves in my mouth to do x ray. Ugh..i should have walked out but i didnt. "Shame on me". Dr. MERTZ was annoyed by me because i couldnt keep my mouth open wide too long due to TMJ. He was not compationate nor pleasant at all. I will never recommend him to anyone. He filled 2 of my teeth down to the root and now i have a bigger issue then i had when i went to him. ... read more
Yesterday was the second time in the last two months that I arrived for an appointment scheduled by their staff, only to be told, "You are not on our list." When I complained about this to the person who had actually scheduled the appointment, I was told it was a problem with the software, as if this should be a satisfactory explanation. This "explanation" was echoed by one of the dentists, who went on to say that the other dentist, who was not present, sometimes goes into the schedules and deletes appointments!
