I would not recommend Haddix Construction. I signed a contract in 01/2023 with a closing date of 05/18/2023. This house had already been constructed. Inside just needed the drywall, paint, flooring, cabinets, back splash, and light fixtures. The outside still needed the brick, siding, driveway, sidewalk. After signing, the progress on the outside of the house was great. Everything had been completed within 2 - 3 months plus all the drywall had been completed on the inside.
