Don’t waste your money. Flower Basket is a much better option. See pictures below of what I ordered and what was delivered for $70.00 (including delivery). Delivery was late in day and when I called to inquire the day of the lady seemed very perturbed that I called. Lived in Albany all my life and have used Haddens many times but this was the last. I have heard ownership has changed, that I cannot confirm but will confirm that I was not happy with my purchase. No balloon as well.

I ordered my mother an arrangement for Nurses week and spent over $100 on flowers and chocolate. Once the flowers had arrived to Pheobe Hospital, they looked NOTHING like what i had ordered. the vases were not even the same. the flowers did not match and some flowers were no where near blossomed. When i called back to express my concerns the lady cut me off & said “Let me stop you right there. If you ordered online we have nothing to do with that. We use a third party and we can come pick up the flowers and chocolates but yo... read more

My husband went here on Valentine's Day to get flowers and had a terrible experience. The lady working there was incredibly rude to him and acted like he was an inconvenience. There was another gentleman in the store that was being treated the same way. He found a beautiful bouquet with a vase and balloon at Publix that was a fraction of the price. I don't often give bad reviews but feel this one is deserved. This store could've gotten a lot of business from us but made sure that we'll never go there again. There are plenty ... read more
