I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office. They have always gone above and beyond for my autistic granddaughter and treat her with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. They never make us feel rushed and always take the time to truly listen and address every concern. Today my daughter spent nearly two hours with them, and not once did they make her feel like she was taking up too much of their time. Inhumane and Disgraceful Experience—Zero Compassion for Sick Children I am absolutely appalled by the lack of empathy and basic human decency at this clinic. Today, I brought both of my very sick children for an appointment. Unfortunately, there was a temporary issue with my son’s insurance. I explained to the staff that I didn’t have the immediate funds but was actively calling the insurance company to fix it on the spot.
