I always choose Haddad for my maintenance on my vehicles. Staff is kind
I told the service people when I left that I would never go back to Haddad for service on my cars.First time in my life I have ever been charged a fee for “shop supplies”. Then they insulted my intelligence by claiming the fee was for rags and “some oil and some of the filter”. I don’t even know what that is supposed to mean! Then I was told some of the fee was for waste disposal. That should be included in the price of the oil change as it is at any other facility I’ve ever been to.
