I came in over the summer to have a dent in my passenger side door looked at and was told it could be addressed. I was told that I would be called when they new when the guy would be coming in that takes care of dents but I was never called about this and now I have a scratch on my passenger side bumper and I don’t know if I want it looked by Haddad Collision or find some one else that could do it.
The work came out better then I expected. The only issue I had was a piece of my chrome trim was missing when I got it back and I didn't want the hassle of calling or going back up. Otherwise great work.

They did a great job at fixing my fender and making everything brand new. Said color wouldn't match but I notice no difference. The one issue that I had is they had called and told me my starter was bad. Then the next day apparently it was just because my wires were corroded. Not even two weeks later and my starter is completely shot. Had to have my car towed and I'm beyond frustrated. Wish that problem was fixed when they had my car for nearly three weeks! ��
These miracle workers will make your dings and dents absolutely disappear! Joe Bastow, the Body Shop Manager, was a joy to deal with, as was the rest of the staff. The cost was much less than expected, and the work exceeded all expectations!
I had an excellent, excellent experience at Haddad Collision Center and would highly recommend them for your collision repair services. Everything was handled in a professional yet friendly manner from the moment I contacted them about repairing the damage from being rear-ended to my pick-up today.
