I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. Even for a “basic” cleaning, the quality was unacceptable. It felt like the moment I declined the upsell for a more expensive detailing package, they decided to do the absolute bare minimum. The car was returned with obvious dirt, residue, dust, and areas that were clearly overlooked. I went away for a few days and left my truck with Haddad auto for interior detailing from a hard winter. When I came back and picked up the truck it looked absolutely new inside. I would’ve done it sooner If I had only realized it would be that good for such a reasonable price!
Tony was wonderful!! He was recommended to me thru a friend, and took my car last minute. It was turned around within 2 days. My baby looks soooooo much better. Thanks Tony and everyone at Haddad
