I had a great experience with Herbie and HADD Customs. I had extensive damage from a collision with a deer, and did my diligence searching for the right shop to make the fix. I found HADD, spoke to Herbie, and he did not disappoint. He not only offered me the best price, but also made no compromises. He worked thoroughly and efficiently, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and delivered the car in perfect condition directly to my house. Took my car twice to their north Hollywood location after being recommended by a friend. Herbie is great to work with and his shop produces flawless work. I hardly leave reviews, but I always want to recognize and praise businesses for quality and service - highly recommend HADD customs and will be taking all my vehicles there moving forward.
I’ve gone to HADD Customs several times now over the years with a few different vehicles, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, I had them tint my front windows and de-chrome my Mercedes EQS, and the results were flawless. Having auto body work is sometimes not the most fun experience. However HADD has always made the process so much better. This is my third time working with them and one thing I can say is this man is consistent. Excellent communication, attention to detail, very easy to work with and pricing that actually makes sense.
