My partner and I had a very concerning experience at Hackney House. We discovered visible mold throughout the rental and immediately notified management, since this can be a serious issue for health and safety. Unfortunately, our concerns were not properly addressed, and the communication we received made the situation even more stressful. They sent out notification to apologize for the brown water coming out of the tap. There is an ongoing mold issue on my shower that has yet to be resolved. They used all the cheapest appliances, cabinets, and bathroom fixtures they could find. There is a loud rattling AC unit outside my bedroom that hums all night the same noise level as a vacuum cleaner, they have refused to do anything about it. I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and truly love where I live. Hackney House feels like its own community. My neighbors were so welcoming when I moved in, and I have made several friends since living here. Every interactive I’ve had with the staff has been pleasant, and they have always been helpful responding to any questions or maintenance issues. This has been the best apartment living experience I’ve had so far!
Had a great experience at hackney house for the 2 and a half years we lived there. Great amenities, great location and great service from Karla, Katie and the management team!
