Very friendly and accommodating staff. Overall had a great experience!
Office workers are rude and retaliate in an immature way. Trash does not get picked up as told but you are the problem not the actual apartment complex. Don’t worry, you are still paying for the trash that is not getting picked up. Karla does not know how to run an apartment building and is extremely rude. Karla is the karen who never wants to help and makes excuses for any problem. Don’t get me started on the snow remover, it doesn’t exist. I would not recommend. You are getting overcharged. We moved from a large home, we decided to sell due to retirement within the near future and we will be snow birds for most of year with our 2nd home down south. I did not want the burden of 2 homes. Was somewhat scared, to say the least, moving into an apartment setting. I have high standards, and I was not willing to give up any of the modern amenities I had with my home. Lived in a first floor apartment for 1.5 years. It was not the worst place I have lived, but was not worth the price.
