This company charges the service call in addition to the work performed unlike EVERY other company that subtracts it if you get the work done. In addition (as I use plumbers weekly for my different restaurants) the market rate to have a drain snaked is $150-175 this company charged $480. Be ware.
After having been abandoned by another plumber who wanted to charge me double what he quoted after he started, Felix and his team at Hackler came in and took over. They were on-time, stayed on budget and went above and beyond to help us get back in our home. They even came up with some creative ways to fix some areas that would have otherwise required drywall removal. Sheena in the office was also very courteous and responsive. I can't say enough positive things about them. Hackler Plumbing has a customer for life.

Poor service and horrible communication, first crew could not fix a clogged drain, next crew failed to show up twice, had to call another local company that fixed everything in 30 minutes

Best plumbing company I have ever worked with. I have had two emergencies at my home and each time Hackler answered the phone outside of normal business hours and came to help me promptly. They have always provided fair pricing and they work hard to make sure I'm satisfied. Brad Hackler is AWESOME! I'm a pretty tough customer and I expect respect, fairness and quality work. Hacker Plumbing delivers all three.

Best plumbers ever!! I will never call anyone else! They were fast and so kind! Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. I had a backed up kitchen sink and family from out of town arriving tomorrow, they got me in and took care of everything so quickly! They didn't try to up sell me at all! So thankful for them!!
