Very unprofessional. I was told that it would be March or April of next year before the work could be done as they are very busy. I agreed that this was fine. After waiting a month for the design consultation appointment, they called me the day of the consultation to cancel, and informed me they couldn't do the job. I already had preliminary drawings prepared from my landscape designer. Deal with them at your own risk as they don't care about customer service. It's all about them.
