Dropped a tyre off to get a valve fitted (old tyre from a 25 YO Merc) Went back to pick it up " no charge for that one" . That's impressive service in this day and age . What's just as important is that Hackett's staff don't display "attitude" of any sort . VERY easy to get along with and a breath of fresh air compared to some of the bigger shops we have used in the past Great work .............keep it up
Had 4 tyres fitted and a wheel alighmemt done today ,in and out in 43 minutes.Great Service,Price,Communication,and knows what cusy=tomer service is. Well worth going there.
