I dont write a review for atleast a year later when purchasing a used truck to make sure you know what you've got. This truck is outstanding. The communication was great, the price was great, and the truck has been perfect. Months after the purchase, the owner called to explain a factory issue with the hoist. David was honest and communicated well. Everything was as stated when I picked up. Staff did a great job loading and handling the paperwork!
Hackett has been incredibly easy to work with on our latest truck build. They just finished up a 24' Ram 5500 Laramie Switch N' Go for us and it is our first one in the fleet. From the initial call to the finishing touches, there wasn't a single hiccup along the way. That truck is already on the road making us money and we couldn't be happier.
