Dr. Hackett is the rudest doctor I ever had. When my 5 minutes are up she gets up and walks out before I have a chance to ask all my questions. I decided I am not going to put up with the rudeness and left after a couple visits. Don’t waste your time with Dr. Hackett.
Dr. Martha Hackett cares more about me than any other doctor than I have ever had. Over the years I have had to chose another doctor because of insurance. Getting back to Dr. Hackett has been a godsend. I missed her greatly and am glad to be back in her care. She is a difference maker in my life.
The staff is ridiculously rude and the doctor isn't concerned with patient care at all. She told me every time I was there that my issues were due to drinking milk...even the one time that I was there for birth control!!
not good her office staff are so rude they act like they hate there job.the doctor pushes her beliefs on you ..dont drink milk or dont eat anything with a face.. say run like hell to another doctor
After a weekend trip to the ER, I had a follow up with this dr for lab results. Wait was 1hour+, I was told the computer system was down so I couldn't get my results, unless someone called, and the dr refused. She aggressively pushed veganism, dx'd me w/ 3 separate illnesses from across her desk and insulted my intelligence. No one should have to be verbally combative with their dr to get basic care. Finally calling the lab, my ER dx was confirmed. Antibiotics were then grudgingly offered.
I believe that due to Doctor Hackett we almost lost my brother!! The best advice I have is for you to find another doctor asap.
"Quit drinking milk" these three words. EVERY. SINGLE. VISIT. "I have some seasonal depression" Here take these pills. No discussion at all. I usually wait 30-40 minutes and for a (I timed it) 3 minute 45 second visit with the doctor. I was then changed $115......for less than 4 minutes. But she'll be thrilled to see you her programs that cost hundreds of dollars but aren't covered by insurance.
Very disappointed. Total rip-off-profit-driven organization and staff. Never again, lesson learned.
I have been going to this doctor my whole life, and I haven't been their in a while. Last time I went she didn't ask how I was feeling or if I had any questions or wanted to talk about anything. She walked in and said I need to stop drinking milk. I barely even drink milk but that was all she said was how bad milk is. Will never be back or recommend
