I highly recommend Hackett Brothers. They were very honest and did not tell me things that were wrong that were not with my Honda Pilot. Customer Service was awesome, they were finish in my car in a timely manner, and stayed true to their word. My car was towed to them per I had never heard of the shop.When others asked me who was working on my car,I told them and they replied, I was in good hands, and will be taking care of. I have used Hackett Brothers for the last 7 years. They are by far the best repair place I have used anywhere. Their ability to diagnose the problem, and then to fix it right, makes for happy customers. They are very personable,and the waiting area is much nicer than the usual little cubicle you are put in.
