Do not go here!!!!!!!!!!! They are very unorganized. You will get multiple answers from multiple people over the phone. They literally say whatever they can to get you off of the phone, then when you do what they say and it’s WRONG they tell you “someone gave you wrong info” and tell you something else. This establishment is not fit to handle anything coronavirus related. It’s a total mess! They need training for the pandemic because they are very confused and it shows. Donna and Carmen front office receptionists are rude and incompetent. Office staff is terrible and had me wait forever to take a simple urinalysis. I already prefilled all information online and chose an appointment time. No one was in here and they had no reason to make me wait. Will never go here again.
Feeling awful - body aches, low grade fever, fatigue, SOB. Went to Urgent Care on a Saturday for a Covid-19 test just to rule it out. Told results back in 4 days. Called Tuesday told: "oh no, could be up to 6 days." Called Saturday (day 8) and told negative and that several messages were left on my cellphone. No, no messages were left on my cellphone. Thank God it was negative. Finally recovered from pneumonia after dx and anti-biotics from my PCP.
