Was told I had to have an appointment. I made one, came in at my appointment time and waited an hour before getting called back. What’s the point?! Also, EVERYTHING is COVID-19... even if your results come back negative. It’s like they think all other illnesses don’t exist since the pandemic. I understand it’s serious but to have my concerns ignored and have to make two trips to urgent care and see two different doctors before receiving medication for what’s actually wrong with me is very frustrating. Can’t get through the desk after calling 3 times . 1st at time I was on hold for 48 mins . 2nd 30 mins . 3rd time 20 mins . I never even spoke to anyone .
My daughter had a COVID test at this facility on 12/13/2020. She is still waiting for the result. When she calls the office, she gets no response. This office provided poor customer service. I do not recommend this office.

He is one of the kindest, extremely hard working, and very humble individuals you'll meet. I've been blessed to have in my life. He is very loved by many.
