Grossly overcharged to dig a hole to septic system, replace a few pvc parts, call another company to drain system and fill hole in. Took 2 hours and was charged for 3 1/2 hours. After a month of repeated calls finally got reduced to $250. Lady answering phones and doing billing is very rude and unprofessional. Will never call again.

I had some major plumbing issues (main stack replacement) that I had called several places in regards to and received very large quotes and was told major wall and potential tile damage could occur to get to and fix the problem from various plumbers. The company did respond to my request for service promptly. I had two problems that I requested to be fixed. I was shocked when I received the bill and disappointed when I questioned it. I will never call this company again. I feel being charged two service calls was unnecessary for what could have easily been handled by one plumbing, heating, and air "professional." Very unprofessional, very rude, cancelled appointment due to the rudeness of stating "We do not take emergency call, I have too many people ahead of you, I do not know when I could look at your problem, could be a week or two"
