Doctors are very nice but was very surprised by a huge bill for a basic Mantoux test that would normally be under a hundred dollars at CVS or urgent care. Even with insurance I was billed for more than 200 dollars, which was very surprising. Used their portal to ask the billing department the same question, but received no response yet. Also received another huge bill of 300dollars for an annual physical, which was supposed to be fully covered by my insurance under preventive care.
receptionist is impatient and rude on the phone, very unkind. also not sure what they do here, they say they don’t take sick patients and they don’t do physicals..
