Absolutely terrible experience - was left in agonizing pain for 4+ hours begging doctors and nurses for anything to relieve the pain and after hours of vomiting and intense nausea and 10/10 pain, I had to take my own meds that I had brought with me. Then they finally gave me a completely unsuited medication that did nothing for me. Have never had such negligent care at any medical center/ER I’ve been to; and reading the reviews, I see it’s a very common experience here. I hate giving bad reviews but people need to be warned!

The ER was disorganized and the staff were not professional at all. We were placed in a bed in a newly renovated area, then told to move because it was “closed,” while patients were left on beds lining the hallway. It makes no sense to have usable space sitting empty while people are being treated in hallways without privacy. This reflects poor management, poor communication, and a lack of respect for patients. This experience was unacceptable.

I am filing this review to warn others of the catastrophic experience and blatant medical negligence my daughter suffered at this ER. We arrived with a dangerously high fever of 103.9°F. For three agonizing hours, my child was left crying in severe pain without a single staff member providing help or even a basic antipyretic. The indifference of the staff was appalling; every individual I pleaded with simply shrugged and said, "I’m not her doctor." I went to the ER because my arm was broken, but the hospital staff were busy eating snacks and chatting instead of taking care of the patients. The doctor said, I need to wear a sling but no one was looking for a sling MORE than 40 minutes. I had to ask several times for them to find a sling, and after 40 minutes they finally brought one - but it was even kid-sized. Absolutely the worst ER experience, this level of care is unacceptable. Completely unprofessional and incredibly frustrating.
