I want to sincerely thank the team at Hackensack Meridian Palisades Medical Center for taking such fantastic care of me. From the moment I arrived at the ER, the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The wait time was short, and everyone I interacted with treated me with respect, concern, and compassion. They listened carefully and made what could have been a stressful experience comfortable and reassuring. Unfortunately one star is needed. This is a horrendous place. The nurse coughing non stop, wait time super long!!!!!! After 1 hour of waiting with my daughter crying in pain, fractured ankle I walked out! Don't go to this pathetic hospital unless you have time to waste!

They don't offer all kinds of help for emergencies that apparently aren't emergencies, but are killing you inside. These people didn't help me at all, they didn't listen to me, and they didn't give me a solution for my problem and my illness. I definitely do not recommend this emergency center unless you are dying or bleeding.

I had to visit Hackensack ER today. They are incredible with so much compassion. I was in extreme pain, from reception, nurse to doctor, everyone was so caring and treated me very well. Thanks soo much team, you guys are amazing
