RecommendedThe personnel were all great! I got immediate relief. However, they need to fire their cleaning company and get a new one. the exam room I was in was extremely dirty...floors, walls, baseboards, trash can, most everything except counter tops and patient beds. I would go back again if needing urgent care.
RecommendedKnowledgable staff that make you feel cared for. My exam was thorough and I did not feel rushed out the door even though I had to go after work. Amber was who did my exam and I cannot say enough great things about her. Highly recommend.

RecommendedI needed to get a covid test for an upcoming surgery. When I called, the lady I spoke to got me set up with an appointment at 9am Saturday. Upon arrival, the office and waiting area was neat and clean. The staff during check in was friendly and very helpful. Since having an appointment on Saturday morning when they opened was a breeze. RecommendedI would recommend Portneuf to anyone having a baby. Rachelle, Elia, Emily, and Kristal were our nurses and were all knowledgeable and kind. We are so thankful for the help from the nursing staff but every Portneuf employee we encountered was amazing. Dr. Mickelson, Dr. Speth, Dr. Valdez, Danielle from lab, nutrition services, and environmental services were all exemplary.
I am grand ma mother of twin boys myself having a high pregnancy twice this is totally unprofessional and uncalled for praise for Dr Steelman who welcomed my daughter in law and son with open arms. I would nit recommend this lady to no one.
SHE IS A TERRIBLE DOCTOR!!!!!!!! I am a high risk pregnancy and have a history with miscarriages, I am 13 weeks along and have not seen a doctor yet and Lori tried to reschedule for a THIRD TIME AFTER WE DROVE 1.5 hours to the appointment!!!!! AVOID THIS PRACTITIONER AT ALL COSTS!!!! SHE HAS NO REAL EMPATHY FOR HER PATIENTS!!!!!!! Her staff was very rude and disrespectful to my grandson and his wife today. Wasted their time and possibly endangered my grandchild!!!!! She is a high risk pregnancy and they screwed them around on 3 appointments!!!!! AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! DO NOT USE LORI HYDEN!!!!!!
