Great staff, convenient location, and plenty of parking. Unlimited activities and machines. Best gym in Bergen County.
Great place
Accolades to Josh my personal trainer for 8 one hour sessions. He did a great job meeting my initial goals and setting me up with a great continuation program. Proof of his efforts was in my golf game. Drives and irons 10-15 yards longer and straighter. His program definitely helped my shoulder turn and gave me more leg drive in the swing. Also did a great job tending to my frozen shoulder. Hats off to Josh. A great trainer. Charlie Gurrisi
This is the best fitness/wellness center ever. Therapeutic pool, lots of state of the art machines and lots of classes in and out of pool. Trainers one on one (extra) if you want and so much more. It really is worth every penny.
