Amazing gym!!! Classes are amazing my favorites are body pump and wednesdays grit class at 9 am followed by 20/20/20 class at 9:30. Staff and trainers are amazing!!! There is nothing bad to say about this gym or the people that are employees here and work-out there!!!
State of the art equipment...not crowded, beautiful locker rooms. Nurse and retainer evaluation periodically...$$incentive if you work at HackensackUMC...I love it!
Great gym. Clean. Amazing selection of 160 classes per week. Good crowd for families
I love this gym, especially the classes. There is something for everyone. The place is clean too throughout. I'm looking forward to working with a trainer soon to help me get in shape. I highly recommend this facility.
