customer service is HORRIBLE
Very SLOW service at Plaza Pharmacy. They need more help at the cashier desk. For a pharmacy with thousands of customers they need more workers at the cashier desk. Each customer takes about 10 minutes creating a long line near the elevators with employees, sick patients, and families coming in and out of the elevators. I spent 25 minutes there just to pick up a prescription. That is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.

Best service. Best prices. Line can get a bit long at times but they move it along well, and its well worth it!
