Very SLOW service at Plaza Pharmacy. They need more help at the cashier desk. For a pharmacy with thousands of customers they need more workers at the cashier desk. Each customer takes about 10 minutes creating a long line near the elevators with employees, sick patients, and families coming in and out of the elevators. I spent 25 minutes there just to pick up a prescription. That is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.

The worst pharmacy in the world. The customer service is horrible. Please avoid going to that pharmacy. They treat patients like trash—as if you were begging. Their lack of professionalism is astounding.
Very poor customer service. I called asking about how busy they are at a specific time of day to see if it would be a good time to try to pick something up for my mother, who is undergoing cancer treatment, and was met with attitude that she "couldn't predict what her day would be like". When I clarified that I was just asking what they time of day GENERALLY was like, she gave me more attitude. I just was asking about trends to see if it would be worthwhile - that doens't warrant being rude and getting spoken down to.
