Very poor customer service. I called asking about how busy they are at a specific time of day to see if it would be a good time to try to pick something up for my mother, who is undergoing cancer treatment, and was met with attitude that she "couldn't predict what her day would be like". When I clarified that I was just asking what they time of day GENERALLY was like, she gave me more attitude. I just was asking about trends to see if it would be worthwhile - that doens't warrant being rude and getting spoken down to.
