I dont have health insurance but that didnt matter with Hackensack medical. They treated me with 110 percent care and also kept me. With other hospital's once they know you dont have insurance they pretty much give you the boot and half ass your treatment. Hackensack is a team of doctors nurses admin everybody works together and provide exceptional service. Thank you. Jason Carter
The ER wait time is ridiculous! Live wait time stated less than 30 min for pediatric emergency dept & once you arrive it's a completely different story. The ER nurses forget to come back to you, ER drs say I'll be with you in a few minutes which turn into hours. It's absolutely insane! Once admitted, great place for care BUT the ER is shameful!
Someday medical technology will catch up to musical technology - Napster!!!!
What a great hospital everyone was great and helpful
Moria Savage, and Liz in medical stepdown in 4PW are awesome and amazing! So is Matt and the rest of the staff! Michelle and Nichole in 3 South were amazing nurses as well! We came here for an operation for my wife and hit some bumps in the road, everyone has been very accommodating and extremely helpful ! The doctors who play more of a behind the scenes role are doing great jobs as well I'm sure as she is getting better by the minute !
