The ER is awful! The nurse’s station just ignores the call light. I’m in here now! Not one nurse came to check on me! I have a disability and a failing organ. This is terrible!
RecommendedMy son was airlifted to Hackensack UMC in extremely critical condition after a horrible motorcycle accident. He did lose his leg and suffered multiple fractures and severe trauma to his arm. The trauma team was AMAZING. He spent 20 days here before going on to rehab. The nurses cared for my son as if he were family. We cannot praise this hospital and their staff enough.

Why do you ignore 9/11 responders like Jennifer Waddleton?!?
Just wanted the public to know yet another 9/11 has passed and the hospital has yet to acknowledge or help the paramedics they sent over that day. I have lupus, sjogrens, acute renal failure, high blood pressure to name a few. I take daily oral chemo and 4 other meds a day. Im not the only one. Thanks so much for nothing.

My dad is in trauma center. My mom suffered a lot of agony this evening . She frantically was looking for a doctor to help her but couldn't find one . Its is very sad from a reputational hospital like yours . I had to then call customer service when Rachel came on the phone to help. You need to understand the urgency of situation.
