I took my daughter here, overall great experience, Margy my nurse was very helpful and sweet, she has a lot of knowledge. Jennifer, who I believe is the manager stood out, the way she speaks to staff made me feel like this was a very professional and comfortable environment. I will be back here for myself and my family.
This whole establishment is insane. Poor care, the “manager” should not be a manager. I call with concerns and get pushed off while speaking to this woman. I feel like she is distracted with other things. As a patient that pays and for other patients we deserve the best of care. I will be reporting to the better business bearau.
I have had several billing issues with this office and whenever I ask to speak to a manager she is never available. I spoke to her ONCE and I was given nothing but a snarky attitude. I’m not sure who hired her thinking she would be fit for a manager position if she can not handle issues such as billing.
The medical care itself was fine, but the billing and communication were not. I was told this urgent care was in-network, which turned out to be false. Later, staff said a refund for an overcharge was being processed — but weeks later, nothing has arrived, and no one follows through. It’s disappointing to see a place that provides decent care operate with such poor transparency and accountability. Until they resolve this honestly, I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID them.
