I had the best experience I have ever had at a doctor’s appointment! Dr W was incredibly patient and thorough as he listened to all of my symptoms and medical history. He was compassionate + made me feel at ease during a stressful time. After all of my tests and labs came back he relayed the results quickly. He then checked in on me and made sure I was following up with the appropriate doctors and wanted to make sure the medication prescribed was helping. I will go back here without a doubt! Thank you so much.

Best experience ever. Dr. Dellapi fantastic diagnosis every bit as good as any hospital including Valley. Beautiful office set up including X-ray, scan immediate bloodwork results. Nursing staff first class. Do yourself a favor and bypass Valley Emergency Room. Doesn’t matter that location is affiliated with Hackensack Meridian.

Holy cow was this place a nightmare. I received decent medical care for a severe illness but the subsequent billing has been a total mess. My insurance company (Aetna) has told me outright that H-M is wrong and overcharging me. I have tried to rectify the situation but I've been talked down to, blown off and then told off by one of their billing agents. I will never ever go here again.

There weren't any patients when I went to this urgent care last week. However, there also weren't any staff either at the front desk - I rang the bell and no one budged. So I waited and then pressed it again and the receptionist got upset that I pressed the bell twice. She then said that they are busy or something even though like I said there weren't any patients. This is called a "plus" urgent care center but all they have is an X-ray machine. The ED doctor basically asked me what I wanted from which I found strange...norm... read more
