I went into Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care, In Wyckoff today for my first time to have some pain that I have been experiencing in my left ear looked at. I arrived just before 11:30 AM, with two people ahead of me, and after an hour plus in the waiting room, they finally took me into the back room where the nurse took my vitals and informed me that I had a little wax in my left ear. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future! I brought my husband here yesterday for our first time. We couldn't have been happier. The office people and nurses we so very friendly, the office was extremely clean, every medical machine we needed to use was there and available. The best part was the doctor, he was very thorough, professional and had the best sense of humor! If you ever need urgent care definitely go here!
Just wanted to share my experience with Urgent Care Plus in Wyckoff. Our experience couldn’t have been better. From check in to seeing the doctor to having X-rays taken, our interaction with this staff was amazing. We are most fortunate to have such a facility in our neighborhood.
I’ve been to this urgent care twice for migraines I couldn’t manage at home. Both times the providers have been excellent. Their approach has been to treat me as a person who has been dealing with this issue for a long time and knows what works for me, while making sure they understand my medical history, the current case, and making sure my usual treatment plan is appropriate for the current situation.
