I hate to write this review because the women at the front desk were so kind and helpful. However, I saw Dr. Shailendra Bhatnagar and it was a traumatizing experience. I came in because my right ear was clogged with ear wax, expecting a decently easy removal. I've been told by multiple people that ear wax removal is fast and does not hurt. Dr. Bhatnagar aggressively scraped my ears, telling me that "it's going to be uncomfortable" when I told him that it hurt. Buyer beware. Prepare to refuse unnecessary treatments ( I.e. intravenous IV hydration) and radiologic screens (lung X rays, CT scans) far in excess of your presenting complaint. Although the physician may present doomsday scenarios, you should concentrate on the issue that brings you in and be prepared to refuse extraneous testing to rule out other conditions. The service here is great when they actually help you. Expect at least 2 hours out of your day when you come here for a simple cough.
