The tactics that this urgent care uses for billing is utterly atrocious. We were assured on multiple occasions that are health insurance was in network for their center. Despite those assurances, we received significantly high bills numbered in the thousands. When we spoke with doctor Calise, he assured us that these bills would be handled and that it was a billing error. I am now being told that we have to pay these bills. Iryna was the best and most kind nurse.
I'm very satisfied with my experience. When I went, it was quiet, clean, and I was seen right away. All of the staff from those at the front desk, to the nurses, to Dr. Calise were excellent. Everyone was patient, thorough, and helped me get the care that I needed (which was much more affordable than I was anticipating). And I appreciate Dr. Calise following up with me after my visit by phone call and referring me to another great doctor. If you need to go to urgent care, you'll be in good hands here.
This place is outstanding. The staff is great and Dr Calise is amazing. He actually listened to me, was extremely thorough and helped me when a hospital emergency room did not. Since the hospital that I had gone to was also Hackensack Meridian, he was able to review my test results and bloodwork and went over everything with me in detail, which the hospital did not do. He diagnosed me and was able to help me. I would definitely recommend. Wish I didn't live so far away, or I would definitely go there again.
