Great experience! I came in for an urgent matter at 8 am, and everyone at the clinic was incredibly helpful and prompt in assisting me. Shortly after I arrived, I was greeted by Dr. Calise in the waiting area. He was warm, welcoming, and assured me that he would help me once I was checked in. I also want to express my gratitude to my nurse, Iryna, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being throughout my visit. I hesitate to even leave this review because I’d like this place to be a secret. Brand new, spotless, with testing and imaging available on site so they don’t have to just send you to an ED. I think I was literally the only patient there on the weekday afternoon I went. Staff was great. Efficient, friendly, and put up with my dad jokes about how empty it was. Loved this place. The nurses and the doctor were awesome and very caring with my son. It was pretty empty since they just opened. So if you don’t want to wait too long, it could be a good option.
I’d give 10 stars if possible, best urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. Every staff member, nurse, tech, and doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful - each went above and beyond (literally each one). The facility is also clean, welcoming and had everything I needed on-site. On top of that, I was seen, treated, and discharged quickly, and only after I had all my questions answered and was thoroughly examined. I can’t recommend this facility enough!
What a wonderful urgent care facility! From the time you enter to the time you leave you are treated professionally and with care. The staff is knowledgeable and understanding. I highly recommend this facility.
