I brought my kids in for sinus infections a few weeks ago, Deborah answered all of my questions and made the entire registration process easy and stress-free. My children can be a handful, especially during ER and Urgent Care visits. But her exceptional customer service and genuine kindness made the visit so much easier. My kids really took a liking to Deborah’s bubbly personality. Nurse Melanie and Dr Lee were also very patient and easy going. Thank you guys for your fast, fun, and friendly service.
I had an exceptional experience during my visit. Deborah Stamps, the medical clerk, was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, her warm smile filled the room and made me feel welcomed. From when I stepped through the door I was politely assisted by Deborah, she assisted me with anything I needed help with regarding my aid. If ever in need of medical assistance again I will surely come back to Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care in West orange. They made me feel like family.
This Urgent Care facility which has a fully equipped ER within it (that means blood testing, x rays, Ct scan, + ) is a Gem you have probably passed on Northfield Avenue in West Orange and not even noticed. A friend told me about it and can't stop telling other friends and colleagues about it. Peaceful place to get expert care without feeling overwhelmed at a Hospital ER.
