A scam. I did not get the proper prescription (severe Bronchitis and was given a 4-day Z pack which is woefully not enough), and when I asked to extend my Z pack, I was told I would need to come back. This is a tactic used by this urgent care to have you keep coming back and giving them money. All other urgent care providers (City MD, Summit Health) will follow up and check in on you and re-up a prescription when they realize that it isn't effective. Not this place. Be careful! It's a scam.
One of the best experiences at an urgent care. Dr Calise was amazing. He told me to come back for a follow up and didn’t charge me for it. He even remembered me and my name. Such good customer service. Highly recommend.
The tactics that this urgent care uses for billing is utterly atrocious. We were assured on multiple occasions that are health insurance was in network for their center. Despite those assurances, we received significantly high bills numbered in the thousands. When we spoke with doctor Calise, he assured us that these bills would be handled and that it was a billing error. I am now being told that we have to pay these bills. Iryna was the best and most kind nurse.
I'm very satisfied with my experience. When I went, it was quiet, clean, and I was seen right away. All of the staff from those at the front desk, to the nurses, to Dr. Calise were excellent. Everyone was patient, thorough, and helped me get the care that I needed (which was much more affordable than I was anticipating). And I appreciate Dr. Calise following up with me after my visit by phone call and referring me to another great doctor. If you need to go to urgent care, you'll be in good hands here.
