I came into the HMH Urgent Care Plus West Orange facility for a toe injury I incurred the previous night in a hip-hop step aerobics class. Turns out it was a dislocated toe & had to be popped back into place… ouch! Even though I was in pain & my anxiety was on 100, this was probably the best medical emergency experience I have ever had! Earlier this week I brought my 17 mo. old grandson here to be seen for fever and symptoms of flu/congestion. It was a wonderful experience from the moment I entered the facility. I waited roughly 20-25 minutes to be seen but once brought to the back it was all hands on deck. The physician was very warm and reassuring and the nurse Tyesha( I hope Im spelling this correctly) was wonderful with my grandson. He was not thrilled to be there but she handled him with such patience and reassurance, it put me at ease right away. He w... read more

Absolutely abysmal. I came in today with a torn ACL. When I got to the center I called inside and asked for crutches or a weal chair. I was promptly denied that request and had to very painfully make my way inside. When I got into the lobby there was literally no one there. I finally found a nurse and she said that she didn't know were the doctors were, she didn't know what time they were coming in and she not only did nothing to help me in literally any way she was extremely rude about it too.
