The nursing and professional staff is very professional: the facility is also beautiful
UPDATE: I just got the bill from Hackensack. They are supposedly in-network with United, but because they billed a special medical code and they can operate under the guise of being part of a hospital (even though the hospital is nowhere near this facility), I was charged $500 for this doctor's visit! Again: A SCAM!!!! A scam. I did not get the proper prescription (severe Bronchitis and was given a 4-day Z pack which is woefully not enough), and when I asked to extend my Z pack, I was told I would need to come back. Dr. Calise was great , very caring and gentle . I live in Clifton but made my way to this particular location . I was having Shortness of breath and chest pain . It seems this location treats these kind symptoms. Dr. Calise took me himself to the examination room . Right away started working on me . After treatment and care ,he diagnosed me with small blood clots . Treatment was started .I avoided the hospital ,in my particular situation . I am so thankful. Plus all the nurses were very nice and professional.

A scam. I did not get the proper prescription (severe Bronchitis and was given a 4-day Z pack which is woefully not enough), and when I asked to extend my Z pack, I was told I would need to come back. This is a tactic used by this urgent care to have you keep coming back and giving them money. All other urgent care providers (City MD, Summit Health) will follow up and check in on you and re-up a prescription when they realize that it isn't effective. Not this place. Be careful! It's a scam.
