My 12 year old son had cut his arm in multiple places badly. The staff brought him back immediately, assessed the injury, and was able to clean, numb, and stitch promptly. The nurse's were wonderful, and the doctor who helped him did everything she could to keep him calm. Asking about his favorite music, and putting on a playlist while stitching to help him remain calm. I'd recommend Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care without hesitation.
Husband went in for stitches after a fall - from the front desk, to the practitioner, to checking out - this was the most seamless, friendly and efficient staff we have ever met. We were in and out (including filling our prescription) in 45 minutes. We left saying we have never had such a great experience at an urgent care.

I read the reviews and decided to go as I had just tested positive for Covid. Jennifer helped me with the sign in and paperwork. She was great. She asked if I would mind filling it out in my car after I told her why I was there. No problem! I agreed! Shortly after doing the paperwork, nurse Arianna took me in the room to take the vitals. She was great also! Lastly, Kaitlyn the PA listened to my heart and lungs, and talked to me about my symptoms.
