I visited this urgent care twice in one week. I went in the first time with flu- like symptoms in hopes of being tested for various illnesses to find a solution. Unfortunately I was told that the only thing I had was a "common cold". I went back after two days with worsened symptoms and again to my surprise was told the same thing and that I should feel better in no time. The young doctor refused to prescribe me anything. I have never felt more welcomed in my entire life!! Walked in feeling awful, and it was my first time so I just filled out a very quick and easy questionnaire using a barcode. It was so easy. The nurse was literally so kind and made me feel welcomed. I felt at ease, despite coughing up a lunch 😂😂 Nonetheless, if I ever need to go to any urgent care again in the near future, I will be coming here. I was in and out in thirty minutes! Great experience and highly recommend!!
Had a great visit here tonight at 7:15 pm. I had to get an x-ray done and it was very quick and efficient. Front desk, MA, and doctor were all kind and helpful. Thank you!
When I first started going there (i was a frequent visitor) it was phenomenal. They were great to me and my daughter and staff was friendly and very understanding. This time I came in at 6:50, wasnt seen by a nurse til 7:13, and i waited until 8:00 and I STILL hadn't been seen by a doctor. I went to leave and came back with my mother and the doctor was very aggressive even after the situation deescalated.
