The wait was not long at all. The nurse took my information and vitals. The doctor examined and diagnosed me and sent the prescription to the pharmacy. The doctor also called me a few days later to inquire how I was feeling. Great doctors and staff. Very professional. I have been there several times in the past and have always had a good experience.
I was seen very quickly by the doctor, and everyone in the office was very welcoming. My medications were immediately called into the pharmacy and the nurse checked up on me a few days post visit to see how I was feeling. So happy this Urgent Care is in Lincoln Park!
Received excellent care during a recent visit for cold/flu symptoms
Although the waiting time was a little long, I appreciate that the doctor took the time to read my medical history detail. He really took time to understand me as a patient.
The doctor and the staff were very nice and they helped me with my problem. I felt very comfortable with them and even though it was not an infection, they referred another doctor to help me further. I would definitely go back there any time I’m having a problem.
