I got to the office at 7:40 p.m., 20 minutes before closing. I guess they weren't happy about it. The woman at the front desk was nice, but the rest of the staff was rude and rushed me out instead of trying to see what was wrong. The nurse just stuffed a swab up my nose without saying anything to test for the flu, which was negative. Then the doctor came in, told me to take vitamin C and rest, and rushed me out. I'm never going back to this place again.

Went to Urgent Care for what I thought was a UTI. The doctor came in and told me no UTI but I should go to the ER immediately since there was a problem with my kidneys. Made the decision to wait, since I already had an appointment with my PC the next morning. When I showed him the paperwork from the day before he immediately started need for the ER!
