If I could give this office less than 1 star I would. I was a patient of Dr Ilkhani , once she left this office went to crap! She is a tough act to follow ! I’m waiting 1 year for money that they shouldn’t have billed me for to be returned to me. The front desk ( all older women who should be kind ) all look like someone peed in their cornflakes! Absolutely the worst practice. The front staff is unbelievably rude and completely disregards their patients concerns and active symptoms. Their solution for everything is to send a patient to urgent care and when you plead your case they hang up on you. I had proven lab work showing my symptoms were valid and progressing after a week and they refused to assist me with treatment because my 'doctor' was on vacation. Been going to this office for quite some time. Since it’s become part of the Hackensack Meridian system, the overall service has changed for the worse. I go online to request a refill on prescriptions, no one responds. I send a message to have someone look at my refill request, someone reads it, but no one responds. I called the office to follow up and the office is supposed to be opened until 5:30pm. Called around 4:40.
