I’m writing this review because they first “messed up” my blood test. So I had to get blood drawn twice as much. Now, I need a urinalysis for an infection and they messed that up too! I showed up at their door and they locked it. I was told to come in today by the guy on the phone. I came all the way from where my school is in Jersey City to get this done. Now I came here for nothing and I have to go straight to the hospital for an infection that hasn’t been cured since Sept 18.

Saw Dr Cirignano and wrote references to take care of my needs. Sertan also very personable. Kind and caring. It’s a smaller location. It is accessible with bus that takes you right in-front.

I made an appointment a few weeks ago by calling them on the phone. They took my insurance information, set up MyChart and set my appointment up for me. I got called to confirm my appointment. when I got there, they told me they do not take my insurance. They told me that even if I speak to someone at the front desk its really a third party vender that makes the appointments.
