I have a problem with a medical facility that asks you, in front of the entire waiting room, "What issue are you having"? It's none of anyone's business, especially some bimbo who answers the phone and has no medical education, and should not be asked in such a manner where everyone sitting in the small waiting room can hear the question AND the answer. Very inconsiderate . Had a scheduled appointment this morning , went there only to find this place closed. Yes it did snow last night, but they should have had the courtesy of telling all the people not to come. This is an Urgent care center, not a pizza shop. LabCore , Rite Aid, Post office, Bank, all within 2 minutes from here are all opened so it was not that bad. .
