Deeply disappointed and disturbed by our experience here. What we went through felt more like being pressured and manipulated than being cared for. Despite being admitted and in the building for nearly two full days, we never saw a daytime doctor once—just two brief phone calls with one, despite repeated requests and concerns. Been here many times between myself , my daughter and other relatives. Usually very good, however, this time I felt like there was little empathy or concern for how I was doing from Dr. Suppa. She a guy following her with a laptop and I felt she was more concerned about sounding good for him then my care. Said possible bulging disc but never gave me a CT Scan , x ray or mri. They not good I brought my 3 year old daughter in and march 1 at 2 am and they wouldn't check her out and saying she might has gas she was up most of the night in stomach pain with out checking her out
My wife came in with extreme abdominal pain. Only a few people in waiting room, great right? Nope! she waited about half an hour anyway then took for ever to do a simple blood test as I waited in an empty waiting room for 2hrs then I was allowed to come back to see my wife in pain only to hear now she was scheduled for a cat scan then we waited another 1.5 hours. I have always had great experience at this hospital. My husband and I have had exceptional experiences at this hospital. The staff are very professional however l encountered a nurse at the ER today who was very rude, unprofessional and insensitive.
