They not good I brought my 3 year old daughter in and march 1 at 2 am and they wouldn't check her out and saying she might has gas she was up most of the night in stomach pain with out checking her out
My wife came in with extreme abdominal pain. Only a few people in waiting room, great right? Nope! she waited about half an hour anyway then took for ever to do a simple blood test as I waited in an empty waiting room for 2hrs then I was allowed to come back to see my wife in pain only to hear now she was scheduled for a cat scan then we waited another 1.5 hours. I have always had great experience at this hospital. My husband and I have had exceptional experiences at this hospital. The staff are very professional however l encountered a nurse at the ER today who was very rude, unprofessional and insensitive.
My daughter was in severe lower back pain and it was horrible one of the nurses yell at my daughter to calm down. Beause she yell in pain while she moved her leg. No compassion in that hospital. So sad no one cares anymore
Amazing staff and service at the ER. I checked in then got sent immediately to a room. The ER physician came in right away. Nurse came in straight after and took my labs and everything was done in less an hour. I only had to wait for a little for my antibiotics but thats only because I asked the physician to change the meds for me. Otherwise, I would have been out the door in less than 45 mins.
