Real simple. Made appointment online - perfect Arrived early - filled out new patient information and was quick. Took me in right away - Dr was great and staff was amazing. Called in prescriptions right away. Followed up with results immediately and the communication between staff and myself was amazing. Overall a great experience and I am glad to have given them a chance.
Made an appointment 2 weeks ago as a 'new patient' (because I haven't been there in years). I received a call the day before my appointment telling me the doctor isn't accepting 'new patients' and then was told the next available appointment was over a month away...they wonder why more people don't go to the doctors for checkups...
The doctors, nurses, and desk staff are top notch, however, trying to get a same day sick visit is IMPOSSIBLE!!! Hackensack utilizes an answering service for all appointments and same day sick visits. The service opens at 8am during the week. After attempting to call each day(3rd day in a row attempting) to schedule a visit, the appointments are booked for the day after only 3-4 minutes on the phone with their answering service. Probably the worst practice I've ever been to. The ladies in the front and the office manager refuse to listen to what you have to say. While I talk and voice my concerns you are being tuned out because they already have an answer even if it doesnt match the queation you just asked. I dont know how many times today i spoke and their response was already answered in my previous statement. They will laugh at you on the phone and do not take their profession seriously and are very dismissive. After getting the run around on the... read more
Doctor and staff were all super nice, made getting my medication a lot easier and were very helpful whenever I had questions. Patient portal is also very easy to use.
