Came in with vaginal bleeding. Got blood work drawn and waited over 5hours just to hear from the Dr that he wasn't able to get a hold of my OBG and that I was being discharged to follow up with them. This place has become a joke and a disgrace.
All the nurses are lazy. They would barely check up on the patient. The food was absolutely disgusting and way to salty. The doctor left without prescribing the medicine and starting the discharge procedure. The food arrived hours late. The machine had errors which would make it keep beeping and the staff did not fo anything about it. I absolutely do not recommend coming here.
It was the worst experience I had in my entire life. I went there to do a CAT scan and ended up in the emergency room due to their staff’s negligence. They almost killed me but they refused to take any responsibility. I filed complaint right after the incident, it took them 5 months to get back to me with substantial amount of medical bills. 2.6 speaks for itself, and I was not surprised to see that. Although the nurses try there best it’s impossible to do there job effectively. Unless you are here jumping up and down for your loved one you will not get good bc are. I asked to speak to a nursing supervisor that took an hour to come down to tell me he was sorry he was busy. I asked him how many floors he was supervised and he told me five floors one nursing supervisor that’s a pure disgrace.
