The absolute gall to take advantage of a grieving family by billing us $1000 for EMS that amounted to nothing. No ambulance ride, but still charged for it despite my father dying at home. Disgusting.

I have been a patient of Hackensack Meridian Health ever since they acquired my doctors' practices here in Middlesex County. Today the customer service agent hung up on me as I was asking to fill out a survey. I don't know if the details are important because I do not think any representative should hang up on anyone unless there is verbal abuse or threats - which there were not. When I called back and spoke with another representative, he could not care at all that I was treated with such disrespect

This place is so unprofessional. Because I complained, the girls there / receptionists did everything to ensure they didn’t follow up for my blood test results. Disgusting. And the practitioner never did so herself. I will go to a practice that values and actually cares about patients.
