My wife and I were in a car accident and we couldn't make the appointment and they still charged us the late fee, just to pick up a prescription it wasnt even for an appointment. stay away from this practice
Doctor is great but I was given a $75 fee for not picking up a sleep test when I explained that I had been in a car crash and I was told “call us next time it happens”. Front desk was not understanding at all of the situation. The text they send for no-show appointments also says $50 not $75 so they should communicate their information better and be more understanding of their patients’ unexpected emergencies.
horrible experience. Charged a late fee because i couldn't pick up a sleep test due to unforeseen circumstances. Who needs a scheduled time just to pickup a sleep test? Stay away from this greedy place
