I am not sure what Happened …but I called several times to follow up on a copy of a medical report that Requested for my child and this document never arrived to my house.. according the lady from the front desk they sent it but two weeks have already passed . the "front office" is communicative and efficient. Dr. Goss has, not only, excellent medical acumen but is empathetic, communicative and is proactive in planning care and explaining options for case management and sets realistic goals for somewhat aged patients like me
